CMS’s Latest Proposed Rule |
On Monday, CMS released a new proposed rule that eases regulatory burdens on health care providers. The rule removes Medicare requirements that are “unnecessary, obsolete or excessively burdensome.” For home health providers, agencies would no longer be required to provide a copy of clinical records to patients by the next visit.
