Infusion Providers Worry Over New Rule |
A new proposed rule from CMS has home health and home infusion providers worried that CMS will not reimburse for their services. The rule proposes only paying when a provider is on-site to administer the drugs to patients. This could send patients to the hospital, possibly endangering those with compromised immune systems.
