| CMS Proposes ACO Overhaul |
| On August 9, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid (CMS) released a proposed rule overhauling the 2012 Medicare Shared Savings Program. | Massachusetts Pushes Back on Medicaid Union Rule |
| Lawmakers in Massachusetts responded to a recent proposed rule that prevents homecare workers from voluntarily having union dues automatically deducted from their paychecks.
