Noncompete Clauses Debated in Nutmeg State |
A provision in the Connecticut state budget is causing concern for homecare agencies. Section 305 would prevent noncompete and nonsolicitation agreements between agencies and caregivers. Currently, standard agreements prevent caregivers from taking clients with them when they move on, but not from working independently. |
