WASHINGTON, D.C. (August 27, 2019)—The National Association for Home Care & Hospice (NAHC) has the half-way point of the association’s Summer Advocacy Campaign. The association is asking members and providers to stretch your social media muscles and make some noise with your representatives digitally; encouraging the connections in your online circles to do the same.

The majority of U.S. Representatives and Senators are avid and enthusiastic users of social media platforms, including Facebook and Twitter. Many of them manage their own accounts and respond personally to messages. These platforms help them understand what you, their constituents, care about and give them candid insight into the world around them.

NAHC has created a Social Media Resource Guide to assist providers in thier efforts. Remember to use the hashtags #AdvocacyInAction and #NAHCHeartbeat in posts and to tag and follow legislators.
