COPPELL, Texas (September 15, 2016)—Universal Power Group, a supplier of sealed lead-acid AGM and gel batteries and chargers, has brought on board Bret Tracy as director of business development. Tracy is an industry veteran, having recently launched Vita Mobility Werks, a start-up scooter importer specializing in niche markets. Prior to VMW, Tracy served on the management teams of MK Battery and Pride Mobility. He has served on five industry boards including NAMPS, CAMPS, AZMESA, AAHomecare State Leader Council and ALS of Nevada.
