CARY, N.C. and ATLANTA (September 8, 2016)—The Florida Alliance of Home Care Services (FAHCS) and the Georgia Association of Medical Equipment Suppliers (GAMES) have teamed up to hold their annual meeting together in centrally located Amelia Island (Nassau County, Florida) beginning September 11, and wrapping up with the VGM Mission Possible (CEU) Program on September 13.

“The Medtrade audience is made up of a lot of attendees from Georgia and Florida," says Kevin Gaffney, group show director, Medtrade. "These providers could benefit from being involved in their state associations. Making the trip to the combined FAHCS/GAMES show, and to Medtrade (October 31–November 3 in Atlanta) is a great one-two punch for providers to boost knowledge and gain much-needed inspiration prior to the holidays and the new year.”

FAHCS president Gene Sego of Sego's Home Medical Equipment in Castleberry, Florida, says, “Henry Ford said, “Coming together is a beginning; keeping together is progress; working together is success.” Now more than ever, DME providers must work together to share ideas, strategies, plans, stories, methods, secrets and solutions. Join us as we meet to redefine the DME supplier role in this challenging industry. These two large states will come together September 11-13 at the FAHCS/GAMES Annual Conference in Amelia Island to work together for success.”

GAMES president Tyler Riddle of MRS Homecare adds, “This is an invaluable opportunity for providers across the South to come together and share knowledge, history, determination, innovation and experience. GAMES is excited to partner with FAHCS on this event.”
