ATLANTA (September 21, 2016)Brightree, a provider of cloud-based software to improve clinical and business performance of post-acute care companies, announced it will host the Brightree Summit on October 31 at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta.

Last year, Brightree hosted more than 300 of its HME customers for a half-day of training, education and networking in conjunction with Medtrade. This year, the Brightree Summit will be a full-day conference event packed with even more great hands-on training and expert advice. The event will again be held in conjunction with Medtrade so attendees can utilize their time and travel budgets to attend the two events together.

The theme of the 2016 Brightree Summit is “Get Connected!” and will focus on a number of industry topics, including interoperability. As the health care ecosystem strives to improve patient outcomes, interoperability will be key to sharing data across the care continuum for greater care coordination.

“The Summit is the perfect place for our customers to engage with industry leaders and their peers, and learn how to enhance operations and efficiency,” said Brightree CEO Matt Mellott, who will deliver the opening keynote. “Sharing the same stage as Medtrade enables our customers to experience the best in HME—from products to industry insights to innovation—in one affordable week."

The Brightree Summit will offer plenty of learning opportunities, training sessions, networking activities and a finale party at the Tabernacle on November 2 from 7 to 11 p.m. By registering for the Brightree Summit, attendees automatically receive free access to the Tabernacle party.

Registration for the Summit and Medtrade are available online as well as on-site.
